"The property has a modern touch. I loved the decor. The host was very nice and very accommodating. He always reached out to me and made sure that we were okay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely book another stay there. "

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"I loved how clean and updated the apartment and the premises were kept. I felt right at home staying at Andrew's apartment. Very quiet environment and the communication between the host and myself was kept great in terms of reaching him if there were any concerns. It's a ground floor air conditioned two bedrooms with one of the rooms being located in the basement. There are two porchs viewing to the back of the apartment. "Top floor is like an apartment and stretched from front to back. Bathroom top floor was huge with separate shower and tub. And there's a balcony whete you can see the water. 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms . Issue with fan and lights in one of the bedrooms. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The apt. Itself was really nice, maybe not kid friendly as it’s “nice” and the floors/stairs when wet from pool are VERY slippery. The apt is right by the pool and that’s nice during the day but not so quiet at night when kids try to sleep.
