"This is a beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff, great location for onsite excursions. Great drink options! Lots of activities each day- great for families of all ages, good availability of beach chairs, food was good. Rooms were nice, spa was fantastic. Buffet was decent, but crowded. Wish there was one more sit down restaurant. Italian and Asian were great! Would def do the Asian a 2nd night if we could get a reservation. "Omg book this resort now. By far the best vacation ever!! The manager Omar was very friendly and wonderful. The entire staff make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Our butler Anthony and Robert wow amazing!!! Anthony always went above and beyond and was just pleasant. If you are looking for 5star service and a very relaxing vacation don’t search any further. Best part is they have a shuttle that goes to the other sandles property so you will never get bored."
