"Coco palms is a fabulous holiday home! It’s ideally located in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets, and within 15 minutes of Ocho Rios town centre. The estate and villa are secure, with 24hr security at the entrance to the estate as well as its own gated entry. I am particular about cleanliness and couldn’t fault the villa in this area- it was spotless! The home is spacious, and well appointed with everything needed for your stay including a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The three bedrooms and communal areas all have air conditioning and overhead fans as an alternative. We loved the pool and private beach. Tracy was welcoming and I loved that she had made an effort to personalise things for us. Nadine was responsive and gave us all info needed for our stay in a timely manner. We would definitely return and have recommended the villa to our friends. "

"A Wonderful Stay in a Charming CottageMy daughter and I had a lovely stay in this charming cottage, set in beautifully maintained grounds. The peaceful surroundings, combined with access to a swimming pool, made it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Ocho Rios town is only a 7-minute drive—very convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return the next time we’re in Ocho Rios."
"I stayed with my family while on vacation. The house is incredible, just as the photos, super large spaces and very clean. Our host was super attentive and friendly as well. Its a 10’ drive to the ocho rios center beach. It has a supermarket and gas station nearby as well. "

"The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. "
