"This hotel is definitely a hidden gem as far as the location. The pool was clean and the hot tub was actually hot. The rooms are nice, we had a very pretty view of the ocean. Our wedding party had 8 rooms at the hotel. 4 of the 8 had issues that could not be resolved (severe ant problem in bathroom, standing water in tub, broken fan, no working plugs in room, no hot water, tv not working). The complimentary breakfast is really good but they so run out of the continental items and the time you wait for your breakfast is insane (they cook everything to order). Parking is extremely limited. The staff at the hotel are AMAZING. They made the stay great even with all of the hangups."

"This was my first time at a resort and it really set the bar high on looks alone. The food was good especially the buffet and asian cuisine buffet! The staff was always kind and friendly. The views of beach were amazing. The events were great they have many throughout the day that you can pick to your choosing. Overall im very satisfied with my experience and would do it again. In the future if i see any more RIU resorts in other countries im booking with them."
