"I didn’t like feeling like asking for extra towels is a problem, they needed an actual night club as an alternative to go to instead of stage shows outside. It’s too hot to sit outside and watch stage shows.. they need a air conditioned night club, I wanted to go dancing not sit and watch people dance.."

"The room service was so amazing we spent 1/2 time in the room and eating at the resturants - which were all fire - the food and staff - all authentic - whether oriental - india - italian. Pack your patience for checking - the staff is great for the volume of people they handel each day. Make sure you have space on your phone for the hotel app- this is where you do your reservation and order food with is 24hrsssssssss :0)))))))))))))). My Daughter was the best handeling all that for us. The pool options so great- and many - beach acesses and not crowded. Love the hotel credit - wasn't excited about the tax to pay to use them. The Spa was Boss. Everything was great - and the 24hr ice cream and pastry cafe was the best. Will be coming back and Kids for free - you cant beat that. Others might have a castle but we have a PALACE - MOON PALACE."

"The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost."

"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
