"Our checking process was somewhat slow since we had to wait almost an hour to get into our room.
We had issues with outlets not working. The outlet by the mini bar was lose and would work intermittently. On one side of the bed the USB port didn’t work and there was no outlet to charge the cellphones.
The bed was super comfortable, the food was amazing with a superior variety of foods. Even picky eaters can find something to enjoy.
The staff worked really hard and were always willing to accommodate us.
I ‘d like to suggest that you serve kids portions at the Italian restaurant to avoid waste.
Longer hours at the kids play area would have been great.

"I had money missing in my apartment after the cleaner had been in. She also made herself at home and sat down with us for a chat and imposed on our personal space and privacy. She also asked if she could eat our sweets and opened them and ate some of them. Never got the money back but was reported to the manager just so that she knows that we had the money missing. The money was there before she cleaned our room."
"I was there with my adult daughter and a really good friend. From booking to leaving the property had been so smooth. We loved the place, it had everything we needed for comfort and the view was to die for. Anytime we were back at the place was spent on the deck and relaxing looking out to the beautiful view.When we return I would definitely stay again!"
"I was happy and comfortable staying here. Gated complex. Large, clean pool. Renovated apt. Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are a good size and very far apart for privacy. 2 full bathrooms. There was a sign on dining table to welcome us by name. No elevator. Climb 3 floors. Really nice mountain views, city views, and port view. Night time was quiet for sleeping. No traffic noise at all. This is a great choice!"
