"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "This property is beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Staff was amazing very accommodating to all of our needs. And the Chef created some wonderful meals that the entire group enjoyed. Ocean time, beach and pool time in a beautiful home- activities close by. Excellent staff kept the house running very well - very good food and house was kept tidy and clean.We might be back"

"TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. The only con was the lack of air conditioning or in the common area of the main houseAll together a lovely time, would definitely come back!"

"The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days."

"We had an amazing stay at Pimento Villa. Anja and Orville were lovely hosts and Sherika was a fabulous cook/chef, with a kind, sweet and fun personality. The house is more than the pictures give it credit and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to everything. We'll come again!Abi"

"It was a dream location with the sound of the sea bringing a calm and relaxing feel to the stay. The surroundings were stunning, lots of birds and incredible plants. The sea was perfectly clear and the snorkelling was absolutely amazing. I just loved the views. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to help. "We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime! "
