"I like the location because it's walking distance to everything. The property was clean, staff was friendly and always greet you with a smile. Security is always there day and night. Easy access to the beach which is 2 minutes walking. Our room was clean and have all the necessary things I need. However, minor repairs is needed for our shower and the bed that's in the room. Overall, I enjoy my stay and will definitely go back. "

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."
