We loved the location. Close to everything on Banff avenue. We were on the first floor, and although they provided earplugs in case of evening noise, the blinds and curtains did not provide darkness in the room and that was not conducive to sleep.

Loved our stay here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only concern was their parking situation. Their underground parking can only accommodate small-medium sized vehicles. So we had to park far from the hotel and pay MORE to park. Very disappointed. If only we knew that was the parking situation, we wouldn’t have booked as we have a larger vehicle (Nissan Armada). I wouldn’t recommend if you have a large vehicle, otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great parking was it fine but we had to pay for it whatever it’s not the end of the world. The bed was horrible. It was actually really horrible. We stayed in room 232 and you guys can go take a look. The bed sucked. The entire night we were turning and tossing leg was up. The head was down.

The room was nice & clean. Great to have a small fridge. We would recommend regular sized pillows. The pillows on the bed were like throw pillows. It was also nice to have parking in the garage. Hot tub was very nice.
