Although I didn’t have the chance to try lunch or dinner, feedback from friends suggests the meals are just as excellent. The location is perfect, adding even more convenience and appeal. "Great location for walking and seeing the craziness of city and beach. Hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. Placed a birthday cake and decor on bed without asking or telling them. Made us feel so special. Breakfast was delicious. Poolside room is a must. Room service food was excellent Stay was 10/10. "

"Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice. All staff behind reception lovely. Always greeting Rooftop: nice food, friendly staff and pool is great! Nice comfy beds to lie on"

"There is very limited seating in both of the pool areas. The queen bed was just 2 double beds pushed together. The billing at pool bars were inconsistant. The good parts were great guest service, very clean rooms and common areas, great breakfast and an all around pleasurable stay. I really liked the lication. It was tucked away on a side street just iff main road so it was quite but close to everything. "

"What an amazing place for a family vacation. The pools are all excellent, and the kids loved the kids’ pool! There are so many great food options on the property, and if you’re wondering if the breakfast package is worth it - I promise you’ll regret it if you don’t get it! It’s probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed at nice hotels all over the world. The staff are very helpful, friendly and prompt; and left little surprises for the kids in our room. My only complaint is the kids’ pool has a weird overhang that looks down into a viewing area that I thought was a safety risk as they could climb onto the bench and hang over."
