"The Villa itself was spacious and decent. All the basic amenities and the green space out front was nice. However, there was a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, which is odd given the fact many people come to Okinawa for the beach. "Rooms could use an update. Attended a wedding and wanted to check in a little early but not offered and asked to return after 3:00. Around 2:30 asked for a changing area and the staff checked on room status and let us in a little early. It would have been better if the first person we spoke with had at least checked the status of room and possibly accommodate an early check in. The fact the wedding and reception was held at the hotel with 200 people, one would think the hotel would try to assist with guests attending."

"We had one of the best experiences of our Japan trips at this hotel. From the healthy breakfast buffet, fresh juices made from an actual juicer and to the cleanliness and aesthetic detail of the whole resort… Solace and rejuvenation was found. The staff is so hardworking, kind and truly made the entire experience. <3 The Thalasso pool also is a great tool for healing one’s body and everything was world class. We will be returning. "
