Located on the second floor of a typical Lombard “lòbia” , in the heart of the historic center of Barzio , this apartment combines the authentic charm of a mountain house with modern comfort.
It is accessed by a shared staircase that leads to a balcony with spectacular views of the bell tower and the surrounding mountains .
The apartment opens out to a spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV and decorative fireplace (not usable).
From the living room there is access to a small panoramic balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains .
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and can accommodate an additional cot.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine .
An internal wooden staircase leads to the loft , an additional bedroom with two single beds and a small sink, perfect for children or adults who appreciate the atmosphere of a real mountain cabin.
💚 Guests can also use the shared terrace at the entrance and the large common garden at the back of the house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility .
📍 Location: in the center of Barzio, a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops.
The Piani di Bobbio mountain trails and cable car are reachable on foot or with the free winter shuttle.
The house doesn't have private parking, but there are plenty of free public parking spaces nearby.
