"The kichen setup was nice for the room that I was assigned. However, the microwave operational panel was in French so I had to Google search to find out what the terms meant. The clock time on it was wrong and I tried to change it, but to no prevail. Not really sure about the cleaning policy, but I never had courtesy housekeeping to come through at all to tidy up the room, so I just made it work for me as best as possible. Other than that, everything was as advertised."

"We don't drink. . .parking was excellent. . .staff was excellent - always courteous and helpful. When we checked in we asked for a walk-in shower with grab bars and were given such a room immediately. Greatly appreciated for we are 78 and 80 in age."

"I liked that the there were no dog fees and staff was kind. I disliked the surrounding area due to criminal activities… however to counter that, there was a cop parked all night in the hotel parking. While checking out, there was an abandoned car and three patrol units investigating in the middle of the street. The area is criminally active, but I did not feel unsafe, but still something huge to note if you have kids."

"Staff was expertly trained and customer friendly. Room was flawless. Loved the in-room kitchen with everything we needed. Great shopping all around and some of the best restaurants in the country within walking distance or a very short drive."
