"Beautiful hotel, and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely, spacious room with nice balcony and views of the ocean, pool, and boardwalk. The ocean is very loud, but when you close the sliding door, not a sound! Only negative about the room is lack of closet space: only 2 drawers and very few hangers (they sent up more). The 2 pool areas are beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised to find lounge chairs always available- we are used to guests claiming chairs early in the day and being shut out. The 6th floor pool (s) has comfortable lounge chairs with thick cushions. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and ate at some of the beachfront restaurants. We also enjoyed eating at the hotel- excellent food. Highly recommended this place!"

"The Turtle Nest room is by far the best room including a serene viewing of the property and ocean however some tree leaves may obstruct the view its still very beautiful, room is clean and great tv n a.c. had a water issue, it happens when traveling abroad being though they use big canisters to cycle the water, overall i had a great time and i will visit again ."

Entertainment at night in outdoor setting and loved the Sizzle restaurant night particularly, along with a great buffet brunches. Well run and well done! Arranged a highly recommended catamaran cruise with Tamiani too"

"Great location, walking distance to the beach. It is a very local neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly, I felt very safe. The house was reasonably priced and the hosts were accommodating- will stay there again. "

"We ended up booking and staying at another place. We messaged Suzzette twice asking for directions / arrival instructions and VRBO tried to reach her by phone but we were not able to to get any response. The Uber driver had no idea from the address given on the add page. Barbados does not have numbered addresses so we would either need a map marked with the location, a GPS pin (we did have mobile internet service) or a specific directions like 3rd house on the east side of Beckwith St. DO NOT rely on the location shown in VRBO. We have found this to only be approximate at best. VRBO did refund us since they couldn't reach the host. Recommendation? It may be a nice place, but your taking your chances if you book it. My advice is try to message the host, get instructions (and a photo taken from the street) before booking then confirm the location using google streets. Also, get the hosts Ph# and a backup # should the host not be available. "
