"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "We are happy with our stay. Room temperature control works, hot water comes right out no waiting. Room is big and very clean. Right in the middle of the pagoda and we were able to roam around all day!!!"
