"Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!"
"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "The night staff had the cutest dog, could’ve spent the whole night in the lobby with him. But to the actual hotel, the service and amenities were amazing, could sleep peacefully at night, and overall I felt very comfortable during my stay!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!"

"Our stat at this hotel was excellent. It was a 3 day trip with my daughters and the service at this hotel was great! Friendly and attentive staff, always asking if everything is ok! Clean and great location. Highly recommend!!"

"Great location, just steps from the Empire State Building and only a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop area is a real highlight – the perfect spot to take in the city lights at night, with an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building right in front of you.
