"SURPRISE FEES! The hotel is very nice, staff, rooms, bar all very nice and the location was very convenient. But the extra $80.34 Destination Fee for 2 nights was a complete surprise when Hotels.com advertises that ALL fees are included in the posted price. To make matters worse the reservation check-in person rattled off a confusing list of amenities that implied if you spent money at the hotel bar or cafe you decreased the destination fee, completely untrue, you just spent more money there, you were always going to pay the additional $40 a night fee.
