Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this. "

"This is a beautiful new hotel built to look like a famous historic one in Saint Augustine. Everyone at the hotel and the attached restaurant were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful.
