"We had a wonderful stay! The staff at both the hotel and Sea Level Restaurant and Lounge went above and beyond to make our birthday weekend truly special. It’s clear that the restaurant team takes great pride in creating an outstanding guest experience, and it truly shows. "The Sea view Inn is a quaint little gem in Manhattan Beach. The property is super close to the beach, they give you towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and bikes to take out free of charge. We utilized all of these things and had so much fun. We stayed in the main building which had an ocean view balcony. We don’t use a lot of space, the room was a perfect size for us. Air conditioning worked amazingly, and we definitely needed it. There are a few coffee shops and a cute little market within close proximity, otherwise downtown Manhattan beach is only about a 20 minute walk (or 8min bike ride). Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a cute little, beach surfer vibe Inn that’s reasonably priced, I’d highly recommend staying here. Definitely will visit again."

Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina

"Sonesta is a high-end property that hosts weddings and other large events. Their staff is professional, but not incredibly friendly. It should be noted that it is a VERY LONG walk from the parking structure to the elevator, then another VERY LONG walk to the room if you are above Room #50 on any floor. Inconvenient if you are coming + going often. I inquired about a reduced rate for the $40/day parking garage but was told the garage is owned by a separate company and they don't have a "relationship" with them. HOWEVER, we were told to use our hotel room key for entering and exiting the garage! Seems dishonest. We did not know until we arrived that the swimming pool was closed for renovations, something that should have been noted on their website, as their pretty promo photos show a beautiful pool."
