Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel

"This hotel was very good and a great location on the beach. We had an ocean front t view. We traveled there for a kite festival down the road a bit. I flew my own kites on the hotel’s beach. We ate our lunch in the outside patio area, which was nice. A good variety of restaurants and stores o the main strip. Parking at the hotel was good. I’m sure since it’s the off-season (October) - helped. The only drawback of this hotel is the fact that they don’t have an elevator…. We were on the third floor carrying suitcases and more up all those flights.."

"Great location. Hotel was renovated 4 years ago. Rooms are clean and still feel new. Only stayed over one night for a wedding but very nice!! Staff was very friendly. Free coffee and tea in lobby."

"The house is exactly what you would expect as advertised. Nice space, beautiful furnishings. Nice back yard area too. Good outside seating. Enjoyed the outdoor shower and hot tub."

"The home was perfect! Had all the amenities that you could want only a few blocks from the beach had kayaks, paddle boards, beautiful back porch overlooking looking the bay. We will definitely be renting from there again thank you Nancy for a great experience.!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Communication with host was great. Only downside was the beds. They felt old, hard and very uncomfortable. But otherwise it is a great little cottage."

"This was our first vacation as a family of four, with a 15 m old and 2.5 year old. We were on the fence about even going on a trip until we found this very special place on Vrbo. My kids had the best time and we were all sad to leave. The toy room, swing set, and shed full of kids stuff made it so easy to “move in” here. While we were hesitant to be in Ship Bottom at first glance, it was so great to be able to quickly get over to both Lighthouse and the Beach Haven. Rachel and Brett were very proactive communicators through the pre book to being onsite, and this made me feel even better about reserving this location for our trip. We are planning to rebook again for next summer and already can’t wait!"
