"I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

"They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also.."

"It was nice, very accommodating"

"There is a virtual reception and there was absolutely nobody on property to help. AC did not work and there was nothing I could do about it."

"Hermosa propiedad, habitación acogedora y con un staff excelente! Ubicación céntrica a los mejores restaurantes!"

"Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back."

"We stayed in the beach front suite with kitchenette. It was lovely to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the glittering Caribbean each morning. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, friendly and gracious. We appreciated how laid back and welcoming the place was. We felt right at home. Major highlight of the trip was helping hundreds of freshly hatched baby sea turtles find their way to the water with a couple of staff members and other guests. It was such a special, once in a...

"The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

"Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

"Lovely staff and our sea view room had an excellent view! "

"Great view great staff great food perfect vacation"

"excelente servicio"

"This was an amazing place to stay! I came with three friends, and the room we booked was perfect for us, especially the small private pool on the terrace, which we loved. The hotel also has a small restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the pasta and it was so, so good. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I'd love to come back!"
