"This is a lovely hotel, very well appointed with generally very helpful staff and lovely rooms and a magnificent building. The only issue we had was with the service at breakfast (no problems with service at dinner at all). We were left standing waiting to be seated for some time as the queue was not really visible to the main dining area and no-one was seemingly assigned to the desk. "Comfortable bed, lighting could be better. Larger amount of shower gel please. We just about had enough for the 2 of us for evening and morning shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!"

"My second visit to the Moxy and now my go-to hotel when I visit Bristol. Modern rooms withC comfortable bed and pillows and close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. The only negative I can think of is that it was a bit dusty in some places, but not yucky. Will definitely visit again!"
