"The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay"

"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "

"We had a great stay at this condo. The place was clean when we arrived. We had issues with hot tub temperature and management was quick to respond a submit a request to get it looked at. The biggest issue we had was the master bed mattress was absolutely TERRIBLE. You sink down into the mattress on each side and it goes back up in the middle, we had the worst week of sleeping, which was frustrating after being tired from skiing all day. I asked management about the mattress and they said there wasn’t anything they could do, other than notify the owner. If you rent this unit, I would recommend asking for an update on the master mattress! Otherwise, great location and great stay for our family. "
