"Would book here again. Some parts are renovated and some older but the space and closeness to the mountain make it worthwhile. Overpriced but seems like all the VRBOs are in this area. Watch out for the service and admin fee through VRBO, truly insane fees. Damage waiver and cleaning fee were very high as well. Not a true ski in and ski out. Easy to communicate with host. Washer and dryer/hot tub/all kitchen necessities worked well. Kinda weird layout in that the queen room upstairs shares a small bathroom with the bunk room bathroom a floor downstairs. And, Murphy bed is on the stairwell landing out in the open, no bathroom. But, can sleep plenty of people. "

"The presidential room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. It had a complete set of kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals, and the washer and dryer were a huge plus for convenience. Everything was spotless and well-maintained—the cleanliness really stood out. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we truly enjoyed our stay"

"We had a wonderful stay in this unit! It was spacious and well appointed. The views were great. You can look right out at the Beaver Creek Ski area. The location is super convenient to Avon and Beaver Creek, especially when the gondola is running. We would love to return!"
