"This hotel was in poor condition. There was a german roach in our first room. Blood drops were on the pillow case in the room they moved us to, the tub stopper didn't work, the heat didn't work, there were no dust ruffles on any beds, and no oven in the two bedroom suite. In addition to that the trash was constantly over flowing and all around the hotel contractor sized garbage bags were left open by trash cans by the elevators and by our room. When I complained to the front desk I was told I could take the trash myself to the dumpster. My daughter and I were also almost stuck in the elevator which had an expired by two months safety inspection. After the elevator didn't move and finally the doors opened, we had to walk up and 4 of stairs because it then became out of order."

"The hotel was extremely clean and orderly and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional."

"The hotel management canceled my reservation without any explanation, improperly packed my clothes and personal belongings, and left all my clothes heavily wrinkled. Despite the obvious mistake, the hotel never acknowledged the issue. Instead, they reassigned me to a lower-category room at a cheaper rate and offered no solution regarding either the price difference or the condition of my clothing. I emailed both the General Manager and the Regional Manager, including photos and my contact information, and received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing support from the hotel staff."

"Noisy kids all over the hotel, poorly disciplined, running around hallways, loud talkers, etc. "

"The room was clean, well maintained, breakfast was plentiful with fresh blueberries & strawberries. The front desk person was not very friendly & after some frustration, my issue with getting a room with a tub was resolved."
