I also canceled my hotel reservation in February, in Brussels . I don’t know where this March reservations happened … I was trying to cancel it but it was “non refundable…”. "The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good complimentary breakfast and my only issue was the complimentary shuttle bus only runs for a few hours a day so when my flight arrived at 2300, the bus was no longer running so I had to taxi or Uber to the hotel and again the same when I returned to the airport at noon"

"Everything about this hotel is amazing. Great stay. The only exception is the shuttle service. The shuttle drop off/pick up is approximately 30 meters outside the hotel. So you may walk 30 meters in the rain or cold between the shuttle drop off/pick up and hotel. In my case, I arrived when it was rainy. On departure, I waited in the cold for more than 30 minutes for the airport shuttle."
