"Enjoyed our stay. Pro’s - very clean! Very quiet. Excellent A/C (two separate units). Well equipped kitchen. Fun inside and outside activities (foosball & ping ball tables, outdoor theater and bar). Con’-s outdoor grounds in rough shape. Long walkway to unit with poor lighting. Flashlights needed at night. Exterior windows in need of cleaning. Overall, good value for daily rate."

"The host did contact us prior to arriving about some damage to the deck a recent storm had just caused. It wasnt a safety issue and didnt impact our stay at all. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Property is a ways out so it it quiet at night and the house is very cute with a great layout. Spacious rooms with a very nice kitchen and lots of storage. Beds are extremely comfortable.Our experience was a bit of Murphy's Law in action- but EXCELLENT and prompt host response. The first door code didn't work. I called VRBO, they got the owner on the phone immediately and she gave me a new code which worked fine. Tried to log into wifi and had trouble. The owner had given me her cell so I texted her and got fast response with new wifi and password. There appeared to be an issue with her router. A few light bulbs were out which I told her about. Not enough to cause issues. Went to take a shower and no water pressure. One shower only dripped and the other was not much better (In talking with her after, they had fixed that). We really could not stay the second night with that situation. (Owner says the water pressure issue has since been fixed). Owner was very understanding and did fully refund us for the second night. She never stopped communicating with me. I never waited long for a response. This was just one of those things and her response was more than I expected. Very refreshing. "
