"This 'cabin' is luxurious, from the exceptionally well stocked kitchen to the curious and entertaining wall decorations. Bed is great, furniture excellent and more than two people could use on a weekend. A morning on the deck with coffee (beans supplied by Harriet!) and birds plus spectacular views starts a day off right. Pedernales Falls State Park is right next door. And communication with Harriet is easy. This is a terrific place all around; we plan to go back."

"Very nice room we were oly there one night, and i would have ,iked to have been ther longer to take advantage of the pool and the nice view, the only drawback was the feel of a long drive from Dripping Springs, where we had commitments, mso there were several trips back and forth, which seemed longer for the curviness and necessarily slow speeds to be safe. Twelve miles is not much by Texas standards, but we should have spent more time there to enjoy the quiet and relaxing views,"

"Each year we love our time at Camp David! This year we were welcomed with amazing cookies and farm fresh eggs. The pool was perfect. The fans/misters and additional fold out tables and chairs allowed for our group of 24 to all eat together on the patio comfortably. The grill and kitchen was easy to use as well as all the appliances - we loved the air fryer! Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of hot water and cool air to go around. We look forward to our next stay!"

"Absolutely incredible! This glamping yurt exceeded every expectation we had. The views were breathtaking, the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, and the privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise.My best friend and I stayed here for a girls' trip, and it was the perfect place to unwind, laugh, and make memories together. At the same time, I can easily see this being the perfect destination for a solo retreat to recharge or a romantic getaway for couples looking to reconnect.The outdoor shower was such a unique and refreshing experience, and every detail throughout the property showed how much thought and care the hosts put into making sure their guests have an unforgettable stay. Their customer service was exceptional—they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of our visit.If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, unmatched privacy, and hosts who genuinely care about your experience, look no further. We left already talking about when we can come back. "Beautiful home with amazing views. Loved that you can’t see another home from this property. Wouldn’t recommend if you have smaller children, thankfully we have teenagers we didn’t have to closely watch. The creek was the perfect addition yet not something you want to plan on enjoying everyday….its a good hike down/up …through snake fest (in summer) but worth the risk. Winter months would be the most ideal for this property all around. There are some breweries within miles but only open Thurs-Sun if you book during the week like we did. The house itself is 10/10, will certainly be back with adults only and during winter months next round."
