"Arrived to the property at 2;45 pm when the check-in time was at 4:00 pm. I called 3 hours early to confirm if I was able to check in 1 hr and 15 min early. I received a confirmation that I will be able to check in at my arrival time (2:45 pm). The front desk employees told me that i needed to wait after 4 pm to check in because they were 100% booked. Front Desk employees did not pick up the phone or took one step away from the desk to validate if my room was ready. In other words they just say...
