"I would give 5 stars but the late rain had allowed the weeds outside to grow and we weren’t able to get to the fire pit. Also the barn swallows have made quit the mess around the porch. The house and bedrooms are great, the location is excellent for Johnson City and Fredricksburg wineries. We will use the property again. We had 2 senior adult couples staying for 4 nights"

"Very secluded. Extremely peaceful. But only a few minutes from Johnson City, 30 minutes to Fredericksburg and 25 minutes to Marble Falls. Excellent spot to hit all three towns in one weekend. "
