"The cabin was super cute. The hiking around the area was great. There were some eating places within 20 minutes close by, but we brought food and just cooked on site. The Boyds(the owners) were super nice and very helpful. Internet worked great. The beds were very comfortable. We had 5 people and were very comfortable with a place for everyone to sleep. Everything was very clean. My favorite part might have been the many hummingbirds coming to the porch for their daily sustenance. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, hill country stay close to many state parks. "

"Wonderful location for our family reunion! All age groups had so much fun with plenty to do. In fact, many in our group wished we could stay longer. The house is large enough to gather all together or slip away for some quiet time. Pool is big and in perfect shape. Kitchen is well stocked. Property is clean. Easy check in and check out. Hosts communicate quickly and thoroughly. No requirements on checking out is an added plus. Highly recommend!"

"We had a beautiful time reunioning with a multiple family friend group at this luxury ranch. For us, the centerpiece and real draw was the pool. The kids were in it from morning until night. The depth of 4’-6’ with a shelf along one side was perfect for getting some of the younger ones more confident with swimming. The size was great for our crowd and not so big that pool parents got too tired from marathon sharks and minnows. The location made it easy to call inside for a replacement shark when necessary.Inside, the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked, with the quality of items unmatched in most rentals. We cooked all of our meals except for one trip out to Jester King brewery for pizza (which, with the misters, was comfortable even in the Austin summer heat). There was even a full stash of nice Tupperware so that we could store leftovers efficiently. The pool table was the nicest we had ever played on, and many of us enjoyed a game or two when we came in for a break from the pool. We were also very excited to use the fire pit for s’mores, and enjoyed an incredible view of the sunset. The estate is massive and pristine with complete privacy. It was so nice to be able to let the kids roam between the fort, the lawn and even to check out the longhorns. It seemed like we discovered something new to enjoy each day.Owner Alicia was extremely responsive and friendly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property, definitely 5 stars!"

"Even with the creek dry we had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved the porch with the view of woods, creek & up the hill. Beds are comfortable, WiFi is good & kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to staying again after the drought. BBQ grill & fire pit w/wood on property. Would like to mention there is an Italian restaurant only on 20 minutes away with great pizza!"

"The house and property was beautiful. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed during our stay. The driveway to the house was very difficult to maneuver due to the uneven gravel, and there were a lot of flies and gnats in the house. Otherwise, no complaints! The property manager was very communicative and helpful during our stay. "

"This beautiful and spacious home was exactly what we were looking for: modern but cozy; conveniently located but tucked away from the crowds; clean and tidy but not fussily so. We spent most of our time poolside, enjoying the patio's total privacy and the perfect temperature of the water. There was plenty of room inside to entertain, with a wide-open floor plan and plenty of comfortable couches and chairs to crash on at the end of a long day swimming. The upstairs bedrooms, while Spartan, are comfortable and very clean, with sturdy beds and a variety of pillows available to suit any preference.We will be traveling to Austin quite a bit in the coming months and will definitely return to this property in the future, highly recommended!
