"This beautiful and spacious home was exactly what we were looking for: modern but cozy; conveniently located but tucked away from the crowds; clean and tidy but not fussily so. We spent most of our time poolside, enjoying the patio's total privacy and the perfect temperature of the water. There was plenty of room inside to entertain, with a wide-open floor plan and plenty of comfortable couches and chairs to crash on at the end of a long day swimming. The upstairs bedrooms, while Spartan, are comfortable and very clean, with sturdy beds and a variety of pillows available to suit any preference.We will be traveling to Austin quite a bit in the coming months and will definitely return to this property in the future, highly recommended! "

"Finding the perfect venue to host a multigenerational celebration for our mother’s 85th birthday felt like a monumental task. We needed space, comfort, accessibility, and a touch of luxury to make this milestone truly memorable. This house delivered. Our jaws dropped just driving in. The sheer size of this property was perfect for our group which ranged from adult 20 something grandchildren to our birthday matriarch. Multiple spacious living areas allowed for simultaneous activities without anyone feeling crowded. The bedrooms, separate from the living area, were fantastic for quiet and privacy, and there were enough of them to keep our 'I want my own room' group happy. The main living area/kitchen was huge, stocked and the heart of the celebration. Crucially for us, the property offered accessibility for our mother. Several of the bedrooms are ground floor adjacent to the pool, which include a luxurious ensuite bath with walk in shower. Everything was beautifully decorated and spotless. Our competitive group enjoyed the pool table, horseshoes, bocce ball as well as corn hole. When needed, there were endless places to escape for some quiet. The resident Longhorn, a ringtail sighting and thunderstorm was an unexpected treat. Stop at the HEB on your way in, and you won’t ever have to leave. The property management team was exceptional from booking to departure. Incredibly responsive to our inquiries, friendly and happy to make recommendations. All round A"

"Perfect stay for our Memorial Day reunion trip for two families of college friends - 4 adults and 4 kids (all 9 and under). Really enjoyed the pool/spa and running around the large property. Plenty of options for inside gatherings across large living room and upstairs game room along with outside patio and fire pit. "

"Our family really enjoyed staying at this home! It was small but allowed us to be more intentional with our down time - snuggling in for the evening to watch a movie, watching hummingbirds fly in throughout the day while sitting on the porch, and enjoying the hammock! Appreciated several special touches in the home - coffee pot with coffee and filters in the home, condiments and seasonings to use for cooking, and plenty of towels for bathing or using for pool use etc. The home was lovely to stay in for our little family. Enjoyed the artwork throughout the house also! Would certainly come back again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. "

"We had the best time at Long Weekend! This house was everything we needed for a fun, relaxing getaway with family, and friends. It’s super spacious, stylish, and cozy all at once. The giant couch was a total highlight — we all fit on it for movie nights, card games, and lots of laughs!The outdoor area is just as awesome. We spent our days floating in the private pool, playing lawn games, and hanging out under the big shady trees. Nights were our favorite though — sitting outside under the stars with music and drinks... total vibes.It’s in a great spot too! We were just a few minutes from Angel’s Icehouse (perfect for casual food and drinks), J5 Steakhouse (SO good), and we even caught some live music at Poodie’s one night. Plus, the Hill Country Galleria is close by if you need to grab anything or feel like shopping.Seriously, this place had everything — space for everyone to spread out and chill, and all the little touches that made it feel special. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back!"

" Stayed here with a few other family members and really enjoyed all of the large separate spaces and bedrooms. The game room was a fabulous amenity to have the kids able to play and enjoy some fun. We were extra grateful to have the overflow fridge for storing water and drinks in the garage as well. The house stayed relatively cool with separate thermostats upstairs and downstairs, but it ran and ran and ran the whole time. I think it may need filters changed, especially before the warmer months hit. The coffee bar was delightful and great to have out of the way of the kitchen. The coffee maker dripped the slowest I’ve ever seen in my life. Lol I think it may need to be decalcified or cleaned or may be replaced. Coffee tasted fine. It just was unbelievably slow. we would definitely stay here again and the property really was beautiful with a nice view. The location is good and has a couple of restaurants nearby and a gas station. It is pretty far from a regular grocery store, so just keep that in mind. Thanks for a great stay!"
