"House was a little different. Kind of pieced together and random, but overall not bad. The extra beds were nice to have if you have a pretty big group that don’t mind sharing rooms. We thought we were going to have more but only had 5. Had lots of amenities that we didn’t use. House was pretty dingy and just not that clean. Beds were clean and comfortable but overall place was not that clean. Floors were kind of dirty and corners had dirt in them. Bath mat was dirty as well as bathroom floor and all walls and doors needed a nice wipe down. Main shower was again “dingy” and didn’t get very hot with poor water pressure. Over all house was ok but I guess people have very different ideas of what “clean” should be. We are a very neat, tidy, deep clean kind of family and this just didn’t meet our standard at all. Sheets and beds were very clean so that was nice. Coffee espresso maker was not clean at all and I would use it. I think over all this could be a great place they just need to increase their standard of what clean is and really go through and DEEP CLEAN everything. "

"We spent the weekend with friends and family at this amazing house! We have stayed at several VRBO's and this one was probably the best. From the clean and stocked house to the amazing sheets and towels that everyone took pictures of the tag so we could go home and order for our homes. The owner was easy and prompt with responses and incredibly friendly. The grounds are kept up and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed playing sports in the grass and the playground. We cooked out both nights using the multiple outdoor cooking areas. Its such an amazing home that we hope to stay again at soon. "

"Jamie was wonderful and communicative about every aspect of the trip. She was very compensating for my fellow guests and myself and the details provided about the surrounding area were fantastic. The photos of the listing were accurate and the bedrooms was more than accommodating. The only reason for the 4-stars for the accuracy is due to the lack of a “waterfall pool” - in the description of the property it lists a “waterfall pool table” which I believe could be some sort of an autofill issue. I would definitely stay here and recommend this place to people looking for something of the sort."
