Benalma Hotel Costa del Sol
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is great, a hidden gem. Direct access to the beach, great views. The staff was efficient every time we had a request. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. We only did breakfast and the food was good with a lot of variety. We did not use the pools, because the beach was so great, but the adult one seemed small and the kids pool was quite busy. The only downside is that the elevators were small and didn’t have enough capacity for the number of rooms which resulted in a lot of wait. Overall a fantastic experience, would come back for sure."
Benalmádena Palace - Hotel SPA & Apartments

"Fantastic hotel. Just back from 4 nights with my wife and two small children. Hotel is in a great location, staff are very friendly and hotel is spotless. Beach is 5 mins away. A great effort of made with the entertainment and amenities. Would definitely be back. Planning for next year. The only thing I would comment on is the air con. I would only look at hotels with good air con normally. There is no controls in the room to make it very cold. It is fine just but takes a while to cool the room down. It was so hot when we were there. Better air con and fans also needed for the restaurant. The heat was nearly unbearable while having dinner. Hotel is on a big hill. We ended up getting a taxi home every night as we had the double buggy. It would be a decent walk (30mins) to the marina."

"We had a lovely time on our family holiday and enjoyed the facilities of this 4 star hotel. The rooms though dated are still well appointed and are due to be upgraded this winter. Would consider going back as long as the upgrades don’t increase the price too much. Special mention to the panorama bar, terraza and tiki bar"

"This was a nice hotel. A little dated and the bedroom furniture needs updating as quite worn. Didn’t seem to be AC anywhere other than the rooms. Positive things - clean rooms and bathrooms, good food, nice pool"
