Fabulous house and property! Not really walkable to most restaurants, but very close driving distance to many restaurants and many, many wonderful hikes, and the High Desert Museum. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Annual Golf Trip

15th Annual Golf Trip for 8 Senior Men and hands down this house and location is our favorite place in Central Oregon.Beautiful home, great facilities, central location and Doug has always been very responsive when needed.

Everything was as advertised. The house is beautiful. We didn’t take advantage of all the “toys” they had there, bikes, corn hole, pool, etc. We did walk into town, go on hikes, float the River and rent pontoon boats at East Lake. It was a fantastic birthday week.

Very Nice facility in excellent area

beautiful location - on the river with easy access to downtown Bend. Lots of amenities ands access to River. Was a little concerned with no A/C... but house stays surprisingly cool.

Riverside Bliss

This is a great riverside property in Bend that can host a large family. We had a great time exploring Bend and Mt Bachelor, but it was always nice to come home to a large, useful kitchen and several places to hang out. Easy access to town while being a peaceful getaway.

A place of tranquility!

We celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary with an amazing stay at the Riverfront Lodge. The location was peaceful, beautiful and the perfect getaway for the 11 of us! I would highly recommend a stay here. Just be aware there is no air conditioning in the home, it made the 100 degree days a little toasty ;)

Amazing!

Great property, great host, great time in Bend! House had everything we needed for a large family week of skiing! We were able to play games, use the hot tub, watch sports and make meals without having to be on top of each other. Walking to downtown for shopping and eating was easy and enjoyable. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Best Spot!

This house has it all! This has become a home base for an annual ski trip with a number of friends. We love the big kitchen/open floor plan, the pool table and lounge room, and the hot tub with the amazing view of the river. And, it's in a great spot...just a few minutes (drive) from downtown/the main street of Bend and about 30 minutes from Bachelor. Doug is also great about answering questions quickly and accomodating when he is able to!

Fabulous property!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It’s well equipped, spacious, comfortable beds,and a glorious view of the Deschutes river. We had bikes available, ping pong, pool….the kids loved it! We will hopefully stay here again! Thank you, Smiths.

New Favorite Bend Spot

This house and location are incredible. A group of us stayed here for a ski weekend. We felt taken care of by Doug and his team and spoiled by all the amenities, the view, and the many bedrooms. This is one I'm putting on my favorites to see if it's ever available again when we go back to Bend.

Little slice of heaven

We can’t rave about this property enough! Gorgeous view right on the river with kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, floats, along with its own dock. It is stocked up for family fun with corn hole, ping pong table, pool table, hula hoops, croquet and much more. It is conveniently located to everything on a quiet street. Fully stocked kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Fall getaway

Home is large and comfortable. A great view of the river and quiet place to relax. The fall leaves were turning and it was a treat to sit on the deck around the fire pit in the evening. Close to shopping, restaurants and breweries.. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need with a large table for many to enjoy games! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Great time with Family and Friends

It was a beautiful house on the river. The view was amazing. Everyone felt like this was a place a memory we will never forget and often talk about it smile and laugh. He had a ping-pong tournament, a cornhole tournament and it was a perfect location for floating the river. And most of all the kids love to fish off the dock

Great Family Getaway & Stay in Bend

The house was spacious and more than capable of accommodating our extended families’ need for individual spaces while providing plenty of relaxing common areas for the whole group. If anything, the grounds in the listing are under described! This house is situated in an incredible location, close to downtown Bend and all its amenities while itself being nestled away on the quiet banks of a bend in the Deschutes River. Wow! Strongly recommend and looking forward to our next stay already!

Friends ski trip

Great trip! The house had plenty of hang out space for everyone and was nicely furnished - beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a crowd. We had 12 friends traveling to ski and explore Bend. Could not have been a better spot. Only issue we encountered was intermittent internet. The host responded immediately to try and resolve the problem.

This is the third time we have rented this house/lodge for our family get together. It is perfect for my 5 young adult grandchildren. Very nice property

Excellent location and setting. Beautiful house and accommodations. While totally recommend, there are some minor complaints…. Stove/oven should be overhauled by a specialist…. And some of the beds need née mattresses (i.e. master bedroom)) But overall…. Happy!
