"I am utterly appalled by the nightmarish experience I endured at this hotel—it was beyond unacceptable! The blatant disregard for the rules was astounding, with numerous guests puffing away in areas clearly marked as non-smoking. I suffered through three excruciating nights without any room service—no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing! The noise level was intolerable; both the property and staff were excessively loud, carelessly handling their hotel cards like it was a circus. What happened next is absolutely horrifying: a hotel employee—whether a receptionist or some higher-up—handed out my room number to total strangers, people I had never met before that day! They actually came knocking on my door, which sent chills down my spine and left me questioning my safety. This is an outrageous violation of privacy and a severe breach of hotel confidentiality protocols! This travesty cannot go unpunished! While filing criminal charges isn't an immediate option, I will not hesitate to report this to the authorities and seek legal action for negligence. If I don’t receive immediate reimbursement for my expenses, I will escalate this to the police. This hotel must be held accountable for their gross incompetence and blatant irresponsibility and putting their guest in an UNSAFE situation!"
