The pool water was very murky, thank God the beach was beautiful and we had to buy an umbrella because they don’t even offer you beach chairs. I was very unhappy to reserve a four star hotel resort to find out it was a three star hotel. I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. "

"Very fine. Staff is great, professional and friendly. Room was in pretty good condition but still very outdated. The outside areas and pools look poorly maintained. Location is great for the beach, but a bit too far from the main nightlife areas.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"There was no one there or on the after hours phone to answer to let us in our room the first night. I was terrified. Never been to this place, my daughters were with me I prepaid for our room and we had no place to stay. And I had a budget for our trip. Had to pay $140 to stay at a Best Western, thank god for them. We were not able to connect to the wi fi or stay connected at all the entire time. Tues-Friday. When we came Tuesday I asked for compensation to pay for the other room I had to rent and the manager acted like they were not the owners. Then later told me to call you. And you just called them and they lied to you as well saying the manager wasn’t there. They were. Then I’m supposed to call Expedia back for a 3rd time. "
