Por los latinos que tienes idea del Resort de Cancún y Riviera Maya busca algo de diferente. Personal atento y preparado la structura no merece el precio que paga...2 noches 509 dollares + 100 de caucion. Restaurante 6 precios en linea con mercado de Fourt Lauderdale."

"The interior of the hotel is not what is advertised. In the hallway, the design is drawn on with sharpie, the flooring is torn up and stained, and there are random photos throughout the hallway taped on. One of which was a starving farmer from the Great Depression?? Seems out of touch in today's economy. The room was dirty in hidden places such as the shower head with grime on it, the lamps were rusted, and the headboard covered in stains."

"I booked a Deluxe Oceanview room and the front gave me a room overlooking the front hotel entrance! I went back and complained, She said you get a partial view if an Ocean view room is not booked directly through the Hotel. After complaining she gave me what she said was the last Ocean view room . The sink hot water handle didn’t work and the refrigerator defrosted twice on the floor during my 3 day stay."

"What a wonderful week for our family, ranging from the ages of 2 to 61! The location was fabulous for great restaurants, beaches, and water taxi. The pool was absolutely wonderful for the warm Fort Lauderdale weather. We found an Uber driver that took us to and from our destinations that were not walkable with a simple text that made for a smooth experience. Perfect week! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!"
