"Great stay for the price. Within walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea and the beach was right across the street. Rooms were cleaned everyday. You dont find that amount of cleaning for the price of the room."

"Beautiful hotel that could use fresh paint inside and out. The staff was very pleasant, rooms were very clean. The tiki bar on site had great food and drinks and the portions were huge, you definitely get what you pay for! The pool and the ocean were just steps away. We had a great vacation!"

"There is not a view of the ocean but the rooms are pretty nice and the pool is very attractive and clean ,, well kept and the Manager Oliver is a pleasure to deal with . A very good value . A 10 minute walk to the restaurants and music by the Ocean at Lauderdale by the Sea . "

"If there were an option to give less than 1 star, I would. On our first night, the comforter in our room was visibly dirty, with makeup stains and looked like it hadn’t been washed at all (see photos). We reported it to management and were moved to another room, which we appreciated—but the issues didn’t stop there. In the new room, there was ongoing maintenance right next door. The noise was unbearable, especially early in the morning. We even had to call the front desk to ask them to have the workers be mindful of guests trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the next day with no consideration for how early it was. To make matters worse, we requested service through the in-room system for fresh towels and bathroom cleaning, and no one ever showed up—not once during our entire 4-day stay. This experience made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend staying here."

"Ants. I came home with a big painful insect bite near my eye. Had to ask for cleaning 3x and they never did. They only made the bed. Shower floor requires beach shoes"

"The property was beautiful, the perfect location as it was a close walk to the beach. The staff were wonderful. Will 100% be staying here again the next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale."

"The front desk woman was THE nastiest, most evil and downright sorry excuse of a person. The owner was completely aware and defender her. She opened my door without ANY warning so my dog barked. She then called me "a stupid bi$@t" loud and proud in front of the entire staff and other customers, again the owner was aware and claimed that my dog ATTACKED her, he barked. Don't expect to get any mail or packages, she won't be bothered. I watched her scream and hang up on a customer, he was locked out and she flatly told him that she refused to get off of her lazy as$ to walk upstairs to help him. My room was disgusting, I kept getting locked inside and she said that if it happened again she would leave us locked inside. She also tried to throw me out over a dog bark. The owner REFUSED to run my card and tried to force me to pay cash, like that's not odd at all. The ONLY perk to this place is the very nice man that works in the evening. NOBODY got in the nasty pool and I saw rats running around the property BEWARE OF THIS HELL HOLE AND THE NASTIEST FRONT DESK PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET"
