"The home was beautiful and spacious, clean, and the location was perfect. Our host was great and very responsive!!"

"We had a few issues from the start. On the day of arrival, with little to no communication prior to arrival, we were then told our stay was double booked. However the owner did allow us to stay since we were first to book the reservation. We only chose to stay here for the location, there was a concert across the street at the Amphitheater. We thought we were lucky to avoid parking at the concert. After the concert we went back to realize how sketchy this building is. The concert traffic is guided down the road where this house sits, lots of noise and traffic. The issue that caused us to hate our stay the most, was a giant opening in the middle of the hallway floor leading straight to the exposed crawl space under the house’s foundation. I mean big enough for a person to crawl up and in the home and there was only a flimsy grate of it. We felt so unsafe we left and chose to stay somewhere else. Now we did like that there was a full kitchen, several bedrooms and even a hot tub on the back porch. However we did not get to enjoy any of this. "

"There was no code to get in or lock the code when we left until the second day. There was no spare key in the spare key holder. There were no bath cloths, and only 2 towels even though we checked in with 4 people. There was no dish soap, but wanted the dishes washed before we left. "
