"I stayed with Dzung and his family for 4 night and I loved it. I felt so very welcome, breakfast was amazing, free use of a bike to go exploring by myself. A nice pool to take a plunge in after getting back from a day outside visiting the sights. I cannot recommend the beautiful place and people enough. Also, I really liked the location that was a bit away from the huzzle of Tam Coc area, while it still had good restaurants, and a good spa in the area. Thank you for a great vacation 🙂"
"Simply the quietest most surreal location among the rice fields. The pool is fabulous and so are the grounds. So well maintained and just as easy grab ride to Trang An, old town and Tam COC. We used the free bikes to get to Mua Caves for the 500 steps to the top! We went at 0530 to avoid the crowds and heat and were back in time for a delicious breakfast. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Would stay here again "

"Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat.

"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "

"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds.
Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee.
All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need.
Dragon mountain is walkable and Trang An biat station is a short bike ride."
"Amazing home stay, family really nice and helpful, laundry service really good, the only negative for us was we needed to get a taxi to places as not walking distance. He did have bikes that could be used however this is not something we felt safe doing with the busy roads."
