Take note that some rooms are ground-level and you will only know which room you will have upon arrival. We chose the mountain view but we got our room on the ground level, so from the balcony you can't really see it due to the vegetation. "

"Beautiful spot but the room had mold everywhere (curtains, walls, ceiling) and there was black mold in the shower. Breakfast was ok but nothing was labeled and as a vegetarian I wasn’t sure what had meat or not. We ended up checking out early "

"Not a huge choice in Breakfast menu but completely adequate. Did have options of freshly made eggs such as scrambled or fried etc as most we have seen. Friendly staff and helpful when required. The little bungalow room was ideal, really nice and clean, not a huge amount of space and a bit tight on suitcase space when just travelling for a few nights but no drama. Was within a 600m walk to centre of tam cóc which was fine, easy walk and nice to be a short way out of the bustle. Overall we were really happy with the stay and would recommend to others"

"The staff were great, the location was a bit far from hustle and bustle of the downtown area of tam coc about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute grab ride. "

Breakfast was poor, only black tea and coffee and run out very quickly, we asked several times for coffee and they ignored us, more a 3 stars breakfast overall. Rooms very basic."
