"My family was in Boise due to the passing of our mother. We needed enough room for seven adults and this roomy home met our needs, especially with 3 and a half baths. The kitchen was modern and sufficiently outfitted with dishes, pots and pans, etc., so that we could cook meals. We also spent a lot of time gathered around the dining room table. There was seating out on the patio area also and the large bonus room upstairs was a plus but could use a loveseat or couch in addition to the one chair.There were a few issues with the toilets and showers but the property manager sent someone out to get them resolved. The property manager was very responsive.The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, very quiet and private.Would recommend this home although the owner may want to consider replacing the carpet with tile or laminate flooring."
