"The hot tub jets were broken, our shower head squealed the entire length of the shower, the elevator was VERY slow. The breakfast was decent, but low stocked with how many people were there. The pillows were nice. "

"Our stay was fine. The house itself needs works, a lot that seemed to be run down. It was clean and did the job to have a place to stay. Really liked being able to park in the garage. I didn’t really want to cook as the pans were worn with the non stick coating flaking off. The area was good, friendly people around. We were worried at first because of the house boarded up next door but it was totally fine. Felt perfectly safe the entire time with a toddler in tow. They are super responsive, answered questions incredibly fast which was appreciated."

Every time I talked to someone it was like talking to an old friend. The front desk greeted me by name when checking in and checking out and even if I was passing through the lobby."
