We needed to contact property managers 3 times - one for a chirping battery, another because we couldn’t get the tv to work properly (Dish and Roku), and another because we locked ourselves out. They solved the first and third problem quickly, but they never did get back to us to help get the tv to work. We only wanted to watch Thursday Night Football, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. If we had called them again they may have gotten back to us sooner. "
