"We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The woman who was at the counter was so kind and courteous. The next morning she was just as pleasant, same with who took over that day and the woman maintaining the buffet kept it stocked and was so friendly. "
"A lovely room with a window and fly screen that actually opened, so we could let the lovely mountain air into our room day and night. The pool is small but swimmable and the hot tub is lovely. The only place for possible improvement is the breakfast buffet - all the food is of good quality, but syrup is the only available waffle topping. It would be nice if we could also have chocolate chips, m&ms, chocolate sauce, nut sreads, fruit, etc."
"Property was undergoing renovations and it was loud, with construction. Hot water was out until anround 7:00 pm. Equipment throughout one half of our floor. They worked until around 6:00 pm.
We knew about construction before visit, so we were okay with everything!"
