Wonderful boutique hotel down the street from the Guggenheim with plenty of restaurants, shops and parks nearby. Comfortable bed, strong wifi and very quiet. I would happily stay again.

Everything was generally very good, but the open bathroom set-up (separated from the main room by a curtain) was a bit odd and distracting. All else was good though and the front desk people were especially great. Great location too.

Very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Amenities were excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the blanket cover excellent. Room cleaning was top notch. AC worked with no need to adjust after setting it. A treat was their library like lounge with a free high quality glass of wine and snacks. Registration staff were courteous and very accommodating. Terrific location. Would stay there again without hesitation

The staff provided excellent service and comped me a ticket to Guggenheim Museum, which is only a few minutes walk away. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations and helped book transportation. They only have instant coffee in the room but they have a lovely honor bar open 24/7. No Netflix, but cozy robes and slippers! I had a lovely visit.

This was our first time in Bilboa and we wanted to be close to the Guggenheim museum so this location was wonderful as we could also walk to other sites and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the air conditioning worked very well, and our only criticism is that the breakfast is too expensive, both for the buffet and the lesser "continental" version. All in all we would recommend the hotel.

Great little hotel opposite the Guggenheim and on the river front with an easy walk along the river to the old town. Nice clean room, water and hot drinks provided, comfortable beds. Honesty bar / lounge area in the lobby. Ideal place to stay for a city break.
