"For how much this place costs, the inside of the hotel is filthy and extremely dated. Rooms were covered in stains on the walls, headboards, bathroom sinks and vanities and baseboards. The staff at the beach and pool area were nice, friendly and helpful. So surprised at how unclean it was. I would not recommend no matter how big or little your budget is."

"We saw this hotel online and were looking to get the most value out of my OneKey points. We knew it wasn't a top-tier hotel, but we stopped by ahead of our stay dates to see the rooms and decided we would give it a try, mostly because it offered free parking for our four-night stay. Everything was fine until 7:30pm on our third night when the AC stopped working. No one was there to service it and they asked us to move to another room. I personally expected the management to offer us one night off our bill, but they offered neither that nor an added night for the inconvenience of having to pack all our things up, plenty of stuff in the fridge too, and move in the middle of the evening. That's it."
