"The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway They also have an elevator, which is another bonus "

"I stopped here very late for an overnight whilst on a long business trip and booked very last minute. The entrance is through a secure barrier and the parking was easy to navigate to. The greeting I received from the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the location was amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
