"This property is exactly as advertised, and I would encourage anyone to book here! It's like visiting grandma's house in the country. Clean and comfortable, beautiful views, with the occasional deer and squirrels to keep you company. We received check-in information well ahead of time and were given additional contacts in case we couldn't reach our hosts. The nearby town offers some fun restaurants and shopping. It's also conveniently located for visiting larger places like Erie, PA Niagara Falls, NY. If we ever make it back to this area, we will book here again!"

"This is a top class hotel which has been recently renovated with new everything including beautiful modern bathrooms with walk in showers that are amazing. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and considerate. The bar was beautiful and classy. The restaurant had a gorgeous dining room with the option to dine on the new outdoor covered patio. A large second dining or banquet room is very nice too. The free continental breakfast was good but would be nice if it had a waffle maker even though toaster waffles are available along with cereal and English muffins. Overall we loved this high class vintage hotel in beautiful downtown There was an abundance of off street parking in the newly paved lot. This hotel is conveniently located in beautiful downtown historic Fredonia about 10 minutes from Lake Erie and we will definitely stay there again."

"Great location and reasonable price for a place to stay near Chautauqua Institute. Exactly as described, this cozy camper in a country setting fit the bill without breaking the bank. We woke up to flash flood warnings in the county and had to wait it out beyond the checkout time. The host graciously accommodated us until the rain let up. If you want a cozy place to stay near Chautauqua, and don’t mind “roughing it” a bit, check it out."

"This is an ideal spot for a weekend away at the lake! It is a very large space, with no shortage of windows and natural light. The location is close to other parks and restaurants, and not far from Buffalo at all. We had a wonderful time!"

"Perfect location and get away for couples! Very clean and cozy! Host was super nice and friendly! We will definitely be coming back! Also got engaged to the most beautiful and caring women I know . It was great place to propose to her. I would highly recommend this if ur not worried about tv or electronics. It’s a getaway of a lifetime."
