On the roof is an honesty bar. It is well stocked and has a great view. You pay for what you have taken on checkout.
It is a short downhill walk to the ferry to Valletta and bars and restaurants on the harbour. That does mean uphill with steps on the return!

"I had an emergency where I needed help at 5:30am. They sent someone over in ~5mins. They were a lifesaver AND while Talbot staff helped me the Uber left! (and still charged me the full fair) AND Talbot then drove me to the airport. They went above and beyond for me and I’m incredibly grateful.
