"BEWARE! This property has a second floor. A group of approx 16 people with 6 toddlers were above us. The children were running, stomping, crying, yelling, bouncing balls non stop from check-in to check-out. Also, all carbon monoxide detectors had been pulled from the ceilings and were in a kitchen cabinet. Didn’t sleep a wink. Host kept saying see if it stops. Trying to enjoy a family milestone and all the festivities involved but the relentless disturbance overhead was beyond upsetting. Discovered the missing detectors upon check-out. Called in to vrbo and they asked the host to refund the entire charge for the stay. Because I didn’t call vrbo while I was at the property and only dealt with the host by sending dozens of messages, vrbo said that the host refuses to refund one penny and there is nothing vrbo can do about it. Vrbo says in a recorded message that they aim to provide exceptional service. In this case they didn’t even want to receive the video proof of the noise or the missing detectors. They should have refunded me themselves and reprimanded the host. I had to leave this review because I am upset and because it is the truth. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY as it is unsafe and also because the host is willing to rent the upstairs to large parties with kids that can make your stay unbearable."

"Poor communication from the host, incorrect parking directions, and no lock on the main door made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I asked for the lock battery to be replaced but received no response and nothing was fixed. After an 8-hour flight, I was woken up at 7 AM and told to move my car, even though I parked in the only available spot due to the wrong parking directions. Overall, I would not recommend this stay unless these issues are addressed."
