Lovely home, clean, open, accommodates a group beautifully.
The seven of us each had our own bed and there were beds to spare, The home is spacious for sleeping and provides privacy for everyone and adequate bathrooms. Speaking of privacy, the house is tucked back at the end of a road sitting among trees and the river is about three-hundred feet from the river. The hot tub was enjoyable and undoubtedly excellent. Wonderful venue for a group gathering.
Everything was absolutely perfect ! The 15 of us had a great pre Christmas Christmas and the hosts even had a tree and decorations that made it more like Christmas for us. This is an awesome place for large groups !!
Awesome house. Tons of space for a big group. The upstairs TV area is great for groups to hang out. Would definitely stay again when we return in the future. Easy to get to a number of awesome hikes in the area too - our group enjoyed a few hour trip up to the Blue Pool.
This was the perfect Thanksgiving get away! My family along with 2 other families cooked up an entire Thanksgiving feast, with Turkey, Ham and all the fixings. We were so pleasantly surprised to find how well this kitchen was stocked! They thought of everything! We took hikes, soaks in the hot tub, watched football and truly enjoyed our 4 nights at this beautiful property! We will go back!
Very comfortable and short access to where we attended a wedding. Hot tub was great.Took a bit to find towels etc but all were there.Missing poles to hang clothes in some closets. Guest bath on first floor by back door needs work on the sliding door. One friend got locked in.
Spacious and well-appointed, room enough for our large family, gathered for a wedding nearby. There were several unexpected incidents though: Beetles swarming in one bedroom which had to be vacuumed up, mysterious dirt stains on living room floor that had to be swept and mopped, rods missing in some closets so could not hang the dress clothes for the wedding in those rooms. Host responded immediately with spray for the beetles, but no one wanted to stay in that bedroom, fearful the insects might swarm again. Host accommodated a late departure which was considerate given the multiple inconveniences.
