Convenient location, easy access to different shopping malls, dinning options and the beach. Buffet breakfast is served in the mornings, but after it you have to find where to eat or have deliver to the hotel. The hotel is being worked on, for example only one elevator was working during our stay. The staff is very friendly.

Good location and reasonable price

I stayed here couple of nights. Just the night before and after my flights from Mty to Ver. The first room we stayed was ok but smelled too much to fresh paint. The second time we were giving a room in floor 4, if I remember correctly. we could hear everything, I struggle to get some rest. The breakfast is good if you like mexican style meals.

The building is out of maintenance,they clean every other day an rooms beside are old with humidity are dirty, we have to wait for clean crew come into my room at 8 pm when its supposed we have to be resting in a clean room, swimming pool really dirty, jacuzzi muddy and main swimming pool slippery, don't waste your money cause this hotel didn't worth

Cada que voy a Veracruz me gusta hospedarme en este hotel, ademas acaba de ser remodelado y esta muy cómodo, las habitaciones confortables, el personal muy atento. Se agradece que el desayuno se incluya con el hospedaje pero creo que deberían mejorar el sazón, y la presentación ya que 3 platillos no tenían la calidad y el aspecto que venían manejando.

Bonito hotel. Buenas albercas. Limpio y bonito Tiendas cercanas. Plaza Andamar. Vigilancia. Gran estacionamiento. Salimos muy temprano y no estaban listos los box lunch prometidos el día anterior. Tardaron mucho en prepararlos. Teníamos prisa por el vuelo.
