"The hotel is new and looks really nice. Their layout is charming and cozy. Dyson hair dryer, which I love it and the shampoo, conditioner and vanity bag was loving it. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that on the pictures, it shows a nice pool that makes you think that it belongs to the hotel. However, it doesn't have a pool there, it's from the spa , you have to walk there and of course it's not included. I love that they have drinks and fruits as complimentary in the room and a couple of other things at the reception. "

Special call out to Vanessa in guest experiences who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and even surprised us with a personalized gift on our last day at the property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in the busy crowds around the Duomo. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle and nearby Metro access make getting around Milan very easy. I would definitely stay at this property again."
